Sometimes life gets in the way and making it to a yoga class or going to get that much-needed massage is not always possible. We get it. But we understand how important it is to listen to your body and prioritize your well-being, especially when life gets in the way. Afterall, if you don’t take care of your body, where are you going to live? With a team of highly qualified, experienced professionals, Wellness On Site offers a variety of classes, treatments, workshops, and retreats for individuals, groups, and businesses. We’ll design a program based on your needs, concerns, and goals, and then we will bring it to you at your convenience.
Lee-Ann is co-owner of the Whitman Wellness Center. Previously, she owned the Hanson Holistic Center for 12 years. As a yoga teacher, business owner, and therapist for transformation, Lee-Ann is passionate about embracing the journeys of life.
She discovered her passion for teaching in the educational system as a secondary teacher. Which is why, as soon as she discovered yoga for herself, she knew she had to pursue teaching it to others. And so began her ever-evolving journey.
Lee-Ann has been teaching yoga since 1997. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, she guides and empowers clients to step into their magnitude. She currently teaches a 200-hour Yoga Certification Program through yogaspirit® Studios and a 300 (500)-hour Advanced Yoga Certification—both taught at the WWC.
A happily married woman since 1974 and dedicated mother of three, if Lee-Ann is not meditating, practicing yoga, or teaching yoga, you’ll find her at home with her family or driving around with her 125-pound lab, Amigo.

Cara’s journey began in the beauty industry, where she worked in management for many years. During that time she developed a strong yoga practice, falling in love with how it made her feel light and grounded all at the same time. In 2010, Cara bridged these two passions and fulfilled a lifelong dream of creating a space that treated mind, body, and spirit when she opened the Whitman Wellness Center with co-owner Lee-Ann Trigler.
With her esthetics license, Cara brings a new addition to holistic healing to the Whitman Wellness Center. Cara received her Reiki 1 Certification in 2012 and graduated from yogaspirit® Studios Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. She continued with her education and completed her 300-hour Advanced Yoga Certification in 2016.
When she’s not at the Whitman Wellness Center, you’ll find Cara spoiling her dog Lulu, venturing off to Vermont, and spending quality time with family and friends.
