Myofascia Treatment
Fascia is the connective tissue system which creates a continuous three dimensional web of support through out the body. It is infused and surrounds all parts of the body including skin, muscles, bone, blood and lymph vessels, nerves, brain and internal organs.
Fascia restrictions are in every person and are caused by any trauma small or large, prolonged positioning, habitually physical responses. Healthy fascia should be soft and pliable. Restricted fascia causes pain, because the fascia solidifies and the tissues begin to dehydrate.
