Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Prenatal focus is opening the hips, easing sore muscles, and breathing techniques for relaxation in preparation for childbirth. Postnatal students will reconnect with the core, strengthen the pelvic floor, and replenish energy with breath. A nurturing environment supporting one another through the journey
