Hot & Hot Power Yoga

In this heated practice, students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow of asana. In a hot power yoga class students will awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun, and non-judgmental atmosphere. The heat creates muscle flexibility.  We use dry heat (90-105 degrees-depending ) so the sweat you create is your own.
